Johnathan began investing in his mid-20s, acquiring four properties by 28, before expanding his focus to startups.

With experience gained across multiple stages of his investing journey, he brought a disciplined, data-driven approach back to property investing.

Today, he holds a property portfolio exceeding $5 million, reflecting his long-term conviction in Australian property.

Johnathan helps clients build clear strategies and scalable portfolios aligned to their FIRE (Financial Independence Retire Early) goals.

JZ holds dual degrees: Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from University of Auckland.

Pece (pronounced Pe-tzi) is a former engineer turned property data specialist.

Having worked at some of Australia’s fastest-moving technology companies, he’s known for moving quickly and finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done.
